Food

How much do we think about food?

An average person dedicates almost 1 hour 40 minutes of his day just thinking about food.

Dinner is a meal where people dedicate most of their brain power to, followed by lunch and breakfast.

Food- some people consider it as a therapy.
Bad mood? Grab some food.
Period Cramps? Grab a dessert.
Bad day? Go out for dinner or a drink.
Literally, food is the solution.

A student confesses to think about break and what to eat in the break very much.
Women have this common problem “Aaj khane mein kya banau?”
Men think “Aaj khana acha hoga gharpe and uske sath desert mil jaye toh din bann jaye.”

From waking up in the morning till sleeping in the night, on an average a person has 50,000 to 70,000 thoughts.
Definitely, most of them are “Ab kya khau?, Iske baad kya khau?, Bhuk lagi hai!, Aaj khane mein kya hoga?, Kuch meetha khane ka mann kar rha hai!, Meethe mein kya khau? Break kab milega?”

Scientists say WE BECOME WHAT WE EAT.
Think about it for a moment: what are we made of? Bones, muscles, organs, tissues … all made up of billions of cells. These cells are alive: they need energy, vitamins and minerals to grow, function and communicate. And their source of nourishment comes from the process of digestion.
Indeed, digestion is most of all the transformation of food ingested into molecules assailable by our body.So our body is made up of what we offer it: I become what I eat!

So if I give him “happy food,” my body becomes happy, if I give him “grumpy food,” he becomes grumpy! And when one knows the link between body and mind, our mood is necessarily impacted: happy food, happy mood!

All I want to say is: Choose your food wisely. Think about it as much as you want, but STAY HEALTHY, WEALTHY AND WISE.
